Digital Product Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Please read each product page, title, and description carefully before completing your purchase.

Once a digital product has been downloaded, accessed, or accessed via a link, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us at hello@laurelluna.com for assistance.

An eligible refund may be provided in the following situations:

  • You accidently purchased two of the same product.

  • There was a technical issue with the product.

    • Please reach out regarding technical challenges before initiating a refund request.  Products with alleged technical problems will only be eligible for refund with submission of adequate information on how error was created.

  • The product was misrepresented in the description.

    • Misrepresentation does not include subjective opinions on quality of appearance of product. A product is considered “misrepresented” when the delivered item does not match the described function in the item description or when an item stated to be included was not provided.

Refunds will not be processed for the following:

  • You no longer need the product

  • You changed your mind about the purchase or found a different product you like better.

  • You do not have the correct software to open the product. Software requirements are listed for each product.

  • You purchased the product by accident; however, you completed the download of the product.

  • You believe the product is lower quality than expected.

  • You are unable to download the product due to internet service issues.

  • You reach out regarding a technical issue with the product, but refuse to provide detailed information on the problem with enough evidence to demonstrate the issue.

  • Your purchase of the product was made over 30 days ago.

All refunds are at the sole discretion of Laurel Luna LLC.
